The father hired a sex worker for his 13-year-old son
A dad who hired a sex worker for his 13-year-old son has been jailed – but told the court he is a “good father.”
The man hired two sex workers while at a hotel in Bromley, East .
Croydon Crown Court heard how the father told his son “don’t be a p***y” when he said he didn’t want to have sex with a 26-year-old,
The son was also offered cocaine by his father. The boy told his dad in response: “I’m f**ing 13, that’s ridiculous”.
The father attempted to explain his actions during sentencing and added: “I’m a good father”.
He said: “I might not look like it in your eyes. It was only because he was feeling down because he’d broken up with his girlfriend and he said he’d done all that stuff before. So the brass sucked his p***k. Job done. Whatever.”

The father has not been named in order to protect the identity of his son. He pleaded guilty to arranging for a child to engage in sexual activity as well as offering to supply cocaine.
Prosecuting, Judith Benson explained how the boy’s mum had reluctantly allowed him to stay with his father for the night.
Ms Benson also described how the father told his son that the sex workers were already on their way so he couldn’t cancel.
When the sex workers arrived, the father told them that his son is 18.
The sex worker performed a sex act on the boy, who later told police that he didn’t want to do it and he felt disgusted afterward.
The two sex workers were paid £150 each before they left.

The boy’s mother had messaged the father numerous times on the night, but only received a response at 4am which read: “P**s off I’ll guard him with my life let the boy stretch his wings”.
The dad, who was representing himself in court, said: “I’ve genuinely got a good heart. On paper I must sound like an absolute reprobate but that’s not the case at all.”
Ms Benson said the crown would be applying for a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), banning the father from having unsupervised contact with children.
Responding to this, the father said: “I thought I would treat him. Get his d**k sucked. Job done. I’m not a prolific sex offender.
“I find that harsh. I’m not a danger to children. It was just my boy.”
Judge Antony Hyams-Parish added: “He seems to be a very bright, intelligent and very sensible young man. But at 13, he was young and impressionable.
“As his father he no doubt looked up to you. He didn’t have a choice. He went along with what you asked. You clearly gave no thought to the impact on your son.”
The father will be subject to sex offence notification requirements for life and was given a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
