Barry McGuigan broke down in tears during last night’s episode of (November 18) as he struggled to discuss his daughter’s death. However, some viewers took issue with Loose Women panellist Jane Moore, asking him more questions, with some suggesting she interrupted the retired promoter.
During the candid discussion with his fellow campmates, the former professional boxer broke down in tears as he struggled to express his emotions.
“When you lose a child…,” he stopped, unable to finish his sentence.
Jane commented: “Danika was poorly as a child as well. She had a double…”
Barry interjected: “She had leukaemia. When I was making the film with Daniel Day-Lewis, I had to leave because she had been diagnosed with leukaemia. They thought she wasn’t going to get better, but she fought back.”

The heartbreaking moment had his campmates flock to comfort Barry, and Jane also offered support to the boxer.

The retired promoter and former professional boxer married his wife Sandra in 1981, and the couple had four children.
