She shared her simple burger recipe with fans (stock)

If you’re a big chicken lover, it’s the perfect place to go for a treat. And now you’ll be able to re-create one of your favourite dishes at home.
Eloise Head, known as fitwaffle on , is famed for sharing easy and healthy online. In a recent clip, she revealed all you need to do to whip up a Nando’s-style chicken and halloumi burger, and it’s pretty simple to pull off.
You simply need to slice up some tomato and halloumi, and flatten the chicken to thin it out. Then season on both sides with paprika, cayenne pepper and some salt and pepper.
Next, she whips up a sauce by mixing two tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce with one teaspoon of honey and a dash of hot sauce. Simply whip them together, and then use the sauce to coat the chicken and cheese.

When it comes to , Eloise said all you need to do is air fry the chicken for 10 minutes at 200C. Then, add in the halloumi, and cook for a further five minutes.
Grab a bun and add some mayonnaise to the bottom. From here, all that’s left to do is layer your burger with the chicken, cheese, salad and sauce.
It’s fair to say it looked pretty impressive. As well as tasting amazing, Eloise said the burger was also “super juicy and saucy”. The only thing she advised people against was adding broccoli to the air fryer to try and add some extra texture to the dish. This is because her’s ended up pretty charred following an experiment.
Since the video was shared, it’s been viewed thousands of times, and her followers were quick to comment too. They admitted they’re big fans of the burger, and can’t wait to give the a whirl.
