Republican candidate Donald Trump speaks to half empty room
has bragged about the size of his rally crowd in – despite video evidence showing a partially empty venue.
The former president was addressing his supporters in Saginaw on Thursday, as he battles for victories in “blue wall” battleground states.
Trump lauded his followers for their attendance, asking the crowd: “Only MAGA. Who else can fill up big places like this at three o’clock in the afternoon?”
However, videos shared by attendees painted a different picture, showing the venue largely vacant.
“For a campaign that often points out when opponents’ venues don’t look full, this visual is striking,” commented Spectrum News reporter Taylor Popielarz, sharing a video that offered a glimpse of the crowd size.
During last month’s presidential debate, Vice President and his presidential election rival seemed to ruffle Trump’s feathers when she suggested people were leaving his rallies early due to his long-winded speeches.
Last week, Harris took another jab at Trump during a Los Angeles fundraiser, telling donors that her “crowds are pretty big” as she campaigns across the country.

Trump, however, continues to boast about his rally crowds, claiming no one draws larger audiences than him. “I’ve spoken to the biggest crowds. Nobody’s spoken to crowds bigger than me,” Trump declared in August, reports .
In August, the Republican presidential nominee falsely claimed that a photograph showing thousands of supporters waiting at Detroit’s airport for Harris’ campaign rally was artificially manipulated.
Harris’ campaign team refuted these allegations, insisting that the photo was not doctored.
The rally at Detroit airport was attended by an impressive crowd of 15,000 people.
