UK’s most affordable city named where Britons can get a ‘dream home’

Experts at analysed property data to find the most affordable cities across the UK – and there’s a lot to love about cities away from the Capital of London. 

John Doyle, Head of New Homes at  said: “While the national average property price may seem daunting, actual property prices around the UK give prospective homeowners some hope.

“Our findings show that cities like Hull, Blackpool and Dundee offer affordable homeownership, with prices substantially less than the UK average.

“So, don’t let national averages discourage you from purchasing your dream home, as opportunities for a dream home exist in each of the inviting and cost-effective cities.”
