The 45-year-old husband of , ’s daughter, took to on Thursday with a video of him and friend James Haskell, one of his The Good The Bad and The Rugby podcast co-hosts.
In the video, a young couple is shown at the start as the man spins the woman 360 degrees in the air.
Mike then aims to recreate the moment with James, who attempts to spin Mike around.
The pair fail the first two times, with Mike falling to the floor. On the third attempt, Mike manages to make it almost the whole way round and lands on his two feet.

The video, captioned “How Hask tore his bicep…We’re sorry @jameshaskell!”, was liked by thousands of people and left many in hysterics.
One follower wrote: “Be easier if Mike spun Zara surely!”
