New CCTV inmage released
Police have released CCTV of a missing mum on the fourth day of the search after some of her belongings were found by a river.
Mum of one Victoria Taylor, 34, was last seen at her home in Malton, North Yorkshire, on Monday morning around 9am. She has not contacted her family or friends in that time, sparking a huge search in the local area.
During searches of the River Derwent on Wednesday, some of her belongings were found nearby.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are releasing this CCTV image which shows Victoria later that morning at the BP garage on Welham Road in the Norton area of Malton. This image was captured at 11.35am on Monday.
“A number of personal possessions belonging to Victoria have been found close to the River Derwent. Following this discovery, our Operation Support Unit and local officers have carried out extensive searches along with support from a police underwater search unit.
“We have used drones to search the area from above, carried out multiple enquiries and reviewed hours of CCTV from around Malton where Victoria was last seen.”

Victoria has been missing for four days
Inspector Martin Dennison from North Yorkshire Police said: “We are very concerned about Victoria’s whereabouts and, like her family and friends, just want to see her safe and well.
“I would urge the public to be cautious if looking for Victoria near the river. Our officers have specialist training and equipment, and they are used to working in various terrains.
Her devastated sister Emma Worden said in an appeal for her to return: “Vicky, just come home. We just want her home. She’s got a little baby and her partner. We’re just so worried.”
Members of a Facebook group, set up to find her, which has 2,700 members, are organising their own search this afternoon.
A group admin wrote today: “please try and get as many people out and about looking for her. Even if it’s half an hour. Anything is better than nothing right now.”

Another posted: “Day 4 searching for Victoria Taylor, We will not give up on you and your family.
“The majority of Malton and several other areas are searching for you!!! I’m praying and hoping each and every day to hear good news.
“Please everyone, carry on going to the lengths you are to bring my beautiful friend and neighbour home to her gorgeous family. Please go so careful in the process it’s looking like another wet day. Let’s bring her home.”

The river at about 23 miles southwest of Scarborough is being searched by specialist underwater search teams.
It is believed she was last seen in Commercial Street, Norton, heading towards the library.
in a local Marks and Spencer where she bought a “bottle of soft drink”.
Victoria’s other sister Heidi added: “She’s a very popular person. Obviously, she’s a nurse and looked after so many people’s parents around here.”
Another concerned friend added: “Every day I’m praying for some positive news. Vicky you are so loved by lots of people and your family and friends need you home. [You are] one of the best nurses I’ve ever met and loved by my dad, who you care for.”
Inspector Leanne Anderson from North Yorkshire Police said: “There are a range of enquiries taking place to try and locate Victoria. This is still a missing person enquiry, and the focus of our activity is within the Malton / Norton area.
“Extensive searches will take place today and I would urge members of the public in the Malton / Norton areas to remain vigilant and report sightings or pass information to police immediately on 101 or 999.” Victoria is described as white, approximately 5ft 6 in height.
