Strictly Come Dancing’s Tess Daly ‘loads up on four anti-ageing foods’ as appearance stuns

co-presenter reportedly manages to stave off signs of ageing by eating four basic foods.

The popular TV presenter and former model has put her youthful complexion down in part to her array of , but claimed that having a healthy diet has also been a major factor.

An insider revealed to Closer Magazine that avocados, blueberries, nuts and spinach have been the key for the presenter.

They said: “‘All of Tess’ treatments are in addition to going hardcore on her diet and exercise regime – loading up on all the foods proven to help reverse the ageing process like avocados, blueberries, nuts and spinach, as well as upping her yoga workouts to twice daily.”

Speaking about her years in modelling, the presenter claimed that she was often told that she should look a certain way: “I was told so many times, ‘you should look this way’, then I was told ‘you should put weight on’. That’s when I realised to take it with a pinch of salt.”

Tess, who is now 55, has been eager to do things on her own terms and maintains her healthy skin by adopting a regular skin care routine.

She added: “I believe in investing in my skin as I do in my general health, looking after what you have got. Over time, my skin felt more radiant, boosted and fresh.”

One of those ‘investments’ is Ultratherapy, which is reportedly a collagen-boosting non-surgical procedure that aims to tighten and lift skin.

Over the summer, as Tess prepared to make her Strictly return, the presenter reportedly stepped up her skin care routine.

The inisder said: “Tess has her anti-aging treatments regularly, especially in the lead-up to the new series of Strictly, which includes laser facials, micro needling and Ultratherapy, as well as Botox and veneers.”
