The revelation came as Caitriona, who portrays , informed her followers that the Outlander cast had wrapped up shooting for the show’s eighth season, which is expected to premiere in 2025 on .
Celebrations were in order as the cast recently marked the milestone of completing 100 episodes, with the series drawing inspiration from Diana Gabaldon’s novels bearing the same title.
While fans eagerly anticipate a bittersweet yet satisfying conclusion to the eighth season, their immediate excitement lies with the upcoming second half of season 7.
Caitriona Balfe, the show’s leading lady, took to to share a touching message with her substantial fanbase after more than ten years of embodying Claire Fraser.
