Air fryer chicken fajitas recipe

Ingredients

  • Three skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • One red pepper, seeds removed, sliced
  • One yellow pepper, seeds removed, sliced
  • One red chilli, seeds removed, sliced
  • One tbsp vegetable oil
  • One tsp garlic granules
  • One tsp ground cumin
  • One tbsp paprika
  • One tsp Cajun seasoning
  • One tsp ground coriander
  • Salt

To serve

  • Four tortilla wraps, warmed
  • 200g guacamole
  • Eight tsp soured cream

Method

  1. To start, pre-heat your air fryer to 200C. Then, coat the chicken, peppers and chilli in the oil, spices and salt.
  2. Air fry for 15 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket or toss the contents twice during this time.
  3. Once cooked, divide the mixture among the wraps, top with guacamole and sour cream and roll up. Cut in half and serve hot.
