Nick shared an update on his arm injury as he visited the physio
Nick Knowles has said that rigorous training schedule leaves him “aching” and in need of physiotherapy. The 62-year-old TV star gave fans an update on his recent arm injury as he shared that he was undergoing treatment.
Taking to his Stories, Nick appeared to be getting driven somewhere in the early, dark hours of the morning as he explained that he wanted to share a day into the life of being on ‘s .
He said: “I thought I’d let you follow my day today as a contestant on Strictly. So up at 5.30am. Long hot bath to soak my bones because the training, eight hours a day, really really makes you ache.
“And I’m off to the physio now, in the car by 6.30am, to be there at eight o’clock, and I’ll pick it up there.”
He went on to share that it takes him so long to get to the London-based phsyio because of backed up traffic on the M25 in the morning. Later, once he finally arrived at his destination, Nick shared a topless clip of him receiving treatment.

He explained: “He [the physio] is going to give me some strapping for my arm, my bad arm, which is improving fantastically every day.”
The DIY SOS star panned the camera to show some painful looking bruises, before adding more information about his physiotherapy. He said: “He’s also done a little bit of a massage around my neck and shoulders and things, to keep me ready for another day’s training, which I’m heading to next.”
A further update a little while later showed Nick meeting with his Strictly dance partner, Luba Mushtuk.

Nick made it to practice on time
As he walked through the training centre’s door, she was perplexed as she said: “What? You’re on time!” She embraced him in a hug before adding: “I am so proud of you! This has never happened.”
Nick explained sheepishly: “Yeah, I’m usually late.” Luba added: “Very, very late. Well done.”
Nick’s time on the show was thrown into chaos when he suffered a shoulder injury whilst changing a tyre on his Range Rover.
