Olivia Attwood was visibly uncomfortable on Loose Women as the discussion turned towards her plans for kids. Grilled by her fellow panellists, including Coleen Nolan, Ruth Langsford, and Jane Moore, the conversation took place on the show aired Monday, 30 September.
The panel covered various issues ranging from sleep troubles to the timing of motherhood for career-focused women.
Olivia, at 33 years old and expressing her wish to have children with spouse Bradley Dack, yet sharing her fears, found herself squarely in the hot seat when Ruth, aged 64, nudged about her family plans with a light-hearted: “Watch this space for Olivia and Bradley,” leading to a bashful response from Olivia who joked for an escape, quipping, “Where’s the fire exit?!”
Having tied the knot with football star Bradley, 30, last year, their relationship has been under the spotlight since before her Love Island stint in 2019. Post-show, they rekindled their love and have been going strong.
While Bradley is all-in for fatherhood soon, Olivia isn’t without reservations. On her podcast, So Wrong It’s Right, she candidly voiced her dilemma: “I’m going to sacrifice my body, mental health, my house and I don’t want to take any time off work because my ambitious personality is so… I don’t want a day off to actually have the baby. I’m a monster!”

Revealing their desire to grow their family despite concerns over age, Olivia admitted that while Brad is eager to have children immediately, she harbours reservations due to a plethora of ‘what-ifs’.
She candidly expressed, “Brad wants to have a baby tomorrow and I’m thinking of all the what-ifs. But I feel like if it happened I’d be happy, people have this misconception that I hate children but that’s not ‘true’ at all – I wouldn’t mind owning one myself one day! – but I’m just scared,” reports .
During an appearance on Loose Women last year, Olivia opened up to her fellow panellists about the strains in her relationship with Bradley stemming from their differing stances on starting a family.

Sharing her thoughts she told the panel, “I’m sitting here listening to you girls talking and I’m thinking I’m going to be a geriatric mother, as they call it.”
Charlene White, probing into her thoughts about motherhood, got a clear-cut response from Olivia who said, “No. I mean, never say never, you know, and all that stuff. I’m obviously married and very happy and Brad would love to have one, you know, tomorrow.”
Olivia explained her current priorities and absence of the maternal pull, stating, “But I’m, right now, other things excite me. I don’t have that maternal instinct yet. The way it is going, I probably will be around that 35 age. Which is mad to hear that’s when they call it geriatric.”
