How often do you change your bedding? Let me know in the commentsI like to change mine every Sunday to start a fresh week but Im going to hold my hands up, has there been a Sunday where I run out of time or just forget? Yep! But the majority of the time its weekly especially after hearing about what can be lurking in your mattress if you dont wash them regularly enough!

Healthline shared: “Not washing your sheets regularly exposes you to the fungi, bacteria, pollen, and animal dander that are commonly found on sheets and other bedding. Other things found on sheets include bodily secretions, sweat, and skin cells.”

Dust mites can also cause allergic reactions, including rashes – so if it’s been a while, you may want to change your bedding now…

Replies on the video included: “Like once every few months?”, “Is it bad I haven’t washed it for like 4 months?”, and “Once a month is more than ok if you go to bed showered with clean pyjamas.”

Someone else said: “The goal is once a week. But realistically it’s every 2-3 weeks.” One TikToker proudly shared that they change their sheets “every 2 to 3 days”.

Another penned: “2 weeks. and in the summer every week.” “Once a year”, one man admitted, but others called him “real” for the comment.
