We all love making the most of our , especially when it comes to a Sunday roast we’ve slaved away at for hours.

But rather than simply reheating your meat and vegetables the next day, why not make them into a whole new dish? That’s what one cook has done, and he’s shared the simple step-by-step to follow yourself online.

Taking to , BiteWise declared: “Sunday Roast Fries – the ultimate way to turn leftovers into a feast!”

BiteWise continued: “Crispy fries loaded with chicken, stuffing, bacon, and smothered in rich gravy. The perfect comfort food twist on a classic Sunday dinner.”

The instructions began: “First, fry some chips at 180C for around 10 minutes, then add some bacon into a pan and then cook that out for a few minutes until it gets golden and crispy. Once you’ve got your bacon how you like it, put it into a separate container and by that time your chips should be cooked.”

Next BiteWise recommended draining the chips of grease before seasoning them with salt and “firing them onto the plate”. Continuing the advice, BiteWise said: “Load it up with some stuffing, then you’re going to want to follow that up with some leftover chicken from the Sunday dinner and the crispy bacon bits from a few moments ago.”

Once the chips were loaded up, BiteWise closed by pouring gravy all over the hearty meal. “There you have it folks, loaded Sunday roast fries – they’re absolutely amazing and take no time at all,” the account’s narrator gushed.

A second enthused: “Outstanding. I’m going do this with left over slow roast lamb, peas and mint sauce.” And someone else revealed: “I’d do it with left over boiled potatoes fried in butter, beautiful.”
