What is Wolfs about and who is in the cast?
The Apple Plus movie Wolfs is an action-comedy featuring Brad Pitt and as Nick and Jack, two professional “fixers”.
The story revolves around these two experts, hired to cover up a potentially fatal accident involving Margaret (Amy Ryan), a New York District Attorney, late one night.
Despite their initial reluctance to collaborate, the high-stakes situation and a series of mishaps force the two lone wolves to work together to get the job done – whether they like it or not.
Chaos erupts when a boy, played by Austin Abrams and known only as “the Kid”, awakens and flees after being mistakenly presumed dead by the duo. The night takes a turn for the worse when the fixers discover a major heroin deal involving multiple criminal parties is underway, with both trying to remain unnoticed due to their previous work for these gangs.

What happens at the end of Wolfs?
Initially, Jack () and Nick (Brad Pitt) thought they were coincidentally hired for the same task, but it soon becomes evident that this was all a ruse.
In the movie’s final scene, after surviving a lethal gang crossfire, the duo decide to stop by a diner for breakfast.
They discuss how they “should have immediately” realized that a tracker had been planted in the drugs they discovered in the kid’s backpack early in the film.
The fixers conclude that as long as “the kid stays quiet”, it shouldn’t matter who orchestrated the drug deal.
However, the situation changes when Jack asks Nick: “So what did she (the voice of hotel owner Pamela Dowd-Henry, portrayed by Frances McDormand) say to you to get you to work with me? What did she say? Did she have a whole leverage?”
“She said I didn’t have a choice,” responds Nick, to which Jack simply says: “Alright.”
Nick then states: “You take a job, you give your word, and that word’s the measure of the man.”
Recognizing that phrase, Jack pauses as he’s about to exit through the door, a worried expression on his face.
The scene unfolds with Jack and Nick growing increasingly suspicious, questioning who initiated the call to the other. Jack presses for answers, saying: “In the car to June’s, who called you? It was your guy. The guy that Pam got your number from. Your guy.”

Nick responds: “So she must have called him,” prompting Jack to ask, “But then why call me?” As the conversation continues, Nick’s words trail off as realization sets in, and he wonders aloud: “But who called… You’re saying the D.A. got your number… No!” Jack confirms: “Yeah,” and Nick states: “We have the same guy.”
They ponder why this individual would care about their involvement, with Jack musing: “It’s just a clean-up job.”
The pair deduce that the only reason he would care is if he knew about the drugs.
Nick theorizes: “Kid’s dead, he can’t make the drop, so he calls us,” and Jack continues: “One at a time, but nobody answers.”
Nick reflects: “So he sent someone else,” and they conclude that once their “guy” discovered the kid was still alive, he planned for them to take the fall by going into the drug hand-off.
“We were getting cleaned,” they exclaim in unison, realizing they were meant to die all along.
The movie ends with the fixers’ fate uncertain, but they vow to exchange names if they survive.
Wolfs premiered globally on Apple TV+ on Friday, September 27.
