The People’s Choice Country Awards 2024 are officially underway and stars are walking the red carpet before the awards are handed out.
Airing live on NBC and Peacock from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, country music fans are celebrating their favorite artists, songs, tours and more during the Sept. 26 event.
Going into the night, Zach Bryan leads the list of nominees with 19 nod, while Beyoncé is next with a total of 17 nominations.
Other country superstars also nominated include Kacey Musgraves (15), Shaboozey (12), Kane Brown and Morgan Wallen (11 each) and then Luke Combs (10).
This year, new categories, such as best female song, male song, group/duo song, cover song, new artist song and storyteller song, have been added to the lineup.
Shania Twain hosts the second annual ceremony, which will include performances by MGK, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, who is honored with the icon award, Kane Brown, Keith Urban and more. TODAY’s Dylan Dreyer will also present during the night.
