Former staff for the and have revealed what it is really like to work for the royal couple.
Since stepping down as senior working royals and moving to America in 2020, the couple have faced criticism for a rather rapid staff turnover at their Archewell organisation.

The latest allegations come several years after claimed that Meghan had bullied staff whilst she was a working royal – something that has always been vehemently denied by the Duchess of Sussex.
However, some members of staff at Archewell have painted them in a positive light. Josh Kettler – who held the role as Harry’s chief of staff for three months earlier this year – previously stated that he was “warmly welcomed” by both Harry and Meghan.

Speaking further, Mr Kettler added: “They are dedicated and hardworking. It was impressive to witness.”
The couple’s current global press secretary Ashley Hansen also told the publication that Harry and Meghan could not have been any more supportive.
She revealed that she was forced to take time off work following a serious surgery – and received supportive phone calls from Meghan – as well as care packages and flowers from the royal.
Other staff members, some who have remained anonymous, also claimed to have received gifts from the couple. One person claimed that after the birth of their baby, they were given “top-notch secondhand stuff” from Meghan and Harry like “like unused car seats and baby items they no longer need”.
