was warned by a royal expert over as both hers and ‘s American dream was always going to “end badly”, they claim.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been embroiled in the latest round of negative publicity in recent months regarding their staff.
Earlier this month, Meghan made headlines after The Reporter published and claiming that her staff are allegedly “terrified” of her.
Various former and current employees as “fabrications” but the latest reports saw more explosive claims about her behaviour from former staffers.
Now royal author Hugo Vickers has been very critical of the Sussex couple and claimed they have underestimated the stresses involved in the US celebrity world that they are involved with.

He told the : “I think there have always been a certain number of cracks developing.
“Obviously, they had quite a good time at the beginning. But the trouble is, it is this high-energy, competitive world in which they now exist which is very, very hard to deal with.
“And I’m sure she’s had a certain amount of experience of this. I’m not sure how much experience had of it.”
The expert commented on the latest claims regarding Meghan’s attitude towards staff saying: “I’m sure that it’s one of those situations where, probably, when things are going well they’re very generous… and they remember their birthdays, and they send them little gifts and all that sort of stuff, but the moment things get stressful, that’s when you see the true side.”
He added: “I’m afraid I rather veer on the side of thinking that she’s difficult, and it’s not a good sign if you can’t be good with your staff, you know you’re in trouble.”

While the Sussexes have declined to comment on the latest allegations, they were praised by some of their former and current employees including Ben Browning, Archewell’s former head of content, who told Us Weekly that his experience working with Harry and Meghan has been “positive and supportive”, adding: “The narratives we’ve seen suggesting the contrary are untrue.”
Ashley Hansen, global press secretary to the Duke and Duchess and the head of communications for Archewell, spoke about her own experience with the couple when she had to take time off for a health issue: “When I told them, I was met with the kind of concern and care a parent would express if it were their own child. I was asked what I needed, how and if they could help, and told to take as much time as I needed.”
And another current staffer who wished to remain anonymous described how colleagues were “dumbfounded by the claims”, adding: “It’s clear where this type of commentary is coming from. It’s likely made up from someone who’s disgruntled.”
