The M25 has been closed in both directions
The M25 is currently closed in both directions after a serious crash involving a motorbike.
Both the clockwise and anti-clockwise carriageways of the major motorway have been shut between Junction 6 (Godstone) and Junction 5 (Sevenoaks).
Officers are at the scene while emergency crews respond to the incident.

A diversion route is in place
Motorists are being advised to follow the hollow triangle diversion symbol:
At M25 Junction 5 follow onto the A21 and then take the second A25 exit towards Westerham.
Follow the A25 through Sundridge, Brasted, Westerham, Limpsfield and Oxted.
Continue along the A25 towards Godstone to A25 / A22 roundabout.
Take the third exit onto A22 towards London to M25 Junction 6 “Godstone Interchange” and take the second exit and rejoin the M25 towards Gatwick.
Drivers may want to delay their journeys, National Highways warns
A National Highways spokesperson said if the incident impacts on your planned route, please allow extra journey time.
They added: “Plan ahead, you may wish to re-route or even delay your journey.”
Motorists advised to find alternative routes by police
Kent Police has confirmed the M25 is currently closed in both directions after what it described as a serious collision involving a motorbike.
Both the clockwise and anti-clockwise carriageways are closed between junction 5 near the M26 motorway and junction 6, the Godstone turn-off.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers are at the scene while emergency crews respond to the incident.
“Motorists in the area can expect delays and are advised to find alternative routes.”
